Founded in 1960, the Tanks were known by their linemen. Their training was the same as the Running Backs and Linebackers. Due to that training, the linemen gained the athleticism of the other positions in american football. Sadly, the Tanks lost almost all their offensive line in the Vietnam War in 1963, but just the center returned.

Florida's St. Petersburg Tanks is one of the new adquisitions of the Northern League after winning a bet. They're the champions of the Southern League's Division III. They're just a step to advance to Division II, but they have to wait some games for it. They're led by the Russian Linebacker Viktor Zergski.
